At Baxi, we understand how important it is to have heating and hot water. Our boilers and cylinders are manufactured to the highest standards; however they need servicing regularly and repairing occasionally, just like your car.
If your product is out of warranty, we advise that you can call the Registered Gas Installer who installed or services your boiler. You can search for all registered gas installers in your area on the Register or Gas Installers of Ireland website: http://www.rgii.ie/.
If your product is in warranty, everything is free of charge, subject to our terms and conditions*.
